Free Shipping & Shipping Fee
- Free shipping for orders over £40 (Standard Royal Mail Tracked Delivery).
- For orders under £40, a £3.95 shipping fee applies (Standard Royal Mail Tracked Delivery).
- Upgrade to DPD Express Shipping is available for an additional £4.95, regardless of order value.
Cut-off Time
- Standard Royal Mail Tracked Delivery: Orders placed before 10:30 am (Mon–Fri) will be dispatched on the same day. (Except Public Holidays)
- DPD Express Shipping: Orders placed before 3:00 pm (Mon–Fri) will be dispatched on the same day. (Except Public Holidays)
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
- Orders placed on weekends (Saturday–Sunday) and public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery Time
- Order Processing Time: 0–1 working day (Monday–Friday)
- Transit Time : 0–2 working days (Monday–Sunday)
Please note: Delivery time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or force majeure.
VAT & Customs Duties
All product prices include VAT where applicable in the UK.
Additional Information
Bank Holidays
We do not deliver on bank holidays, so please be aware of your order date.
Highlands and Islands
We also accept orders from the British islands, but please be aware that delivery may take 2-3 days longer and there will be an additional delivery charge.
International Deliveries
We only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
