This is a good quality product, I'm satisfied with the non-OEM product. I've bought from Arcon before as I have always had a good experience and had a number of printers to replenish which has been quite an overhead. I switched to non-genuine OEM ink cartridges once I realised the true cost of pages prints and wanted to save some money. This product comes exactly like other Arcon compatible inks i have used, i.e. you have to do a bit of fiddling with the existing ink chips and replace into the new inks using a tool provided. This is easier than it first appears and nothing to worry about. Good value product and worth a try
